| | Model of the car: | Vectra Basic 4 Dil Autom 5 Selectshift | | | General comments: | Beautiful car. I dreamed about it since intruduction in Mexico in 2003. Only flaw: It burns fuel since new? Any comments or advice? (Burns about 1 liter of oil in about 1,000 kms., is it too much?
I had a Corsa C 2002 with a wonderful, fast and very economic 1.4 before and it did not burn any oil at all for more than 53,000 kms!! | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | Oil burner, I am worried about this issue and once beleived it was going to end when reaching 15,000 kms but didn't.
The rest of the car is a real dream, goes more than 210 kph and has the stability and control of a more expensive car! Interiors look perfectly well and could be better even than Audi A3 or BMW cheapest series. Makes more than 9 kms/liter of unleaded premium gasoline in Mexico City (which is 2,300 meters above sea leverl!)
